Anyone?
Based on the model number, it's an ICL keyboard. According to some catalogs they used anything from the KPQ hybrid switches to Fujitsu Peerless, space invaders and Keytronic foam and foil.
Personally it reminds me of the various rebrands of the Acer 6310 ...
