I'm heading to France on Feb 18 to 22. I don't know where should I go at night. So, any suggestion?

Eiffel tower, they have a restaurant at the top. Louvre is worth checking out.

I would recommend that place in "Midnight in Paris" where Owen Wilson gets transported back to the 1920s. That would be fun.
